He specializes in developing strategic initiatives that align employer needs with student skills\, enhancing both job placement and workforce development in the region.\n\n \n\nAt UT Dallas\, Joel works closely with employers to understand their hiring needs\, create tailored recruitment programs\, and provide students with valuable career opportunities. His focus includes expanding employer engagement\, strengthening internship programs\, and creating pathways for student success through experiential learning.\n\n \n\nJoel holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas. In his current role\, he actively participates in advancing career readiness and ensuring that graduates are prepared to meet the challenges of today's dynamic job market. Joel is passionate about contributing to the economic growth of Richardson and the greater Dallas area by helping bridge the gap between education and employment.\n\n\n\nJarah Miller joined the Delta Dallas team as a Client Experience Team Leader in January 2018. During her tenure\, she advanced through different roles\, serving as an Office Administrator and later as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In recognition of her contributions\, she was named Partner in 2022. Jarah's passion lies in connecting exceptional talent with first-rate companies\, driving her devotion to the staffing industry.
