DESCRIPTION:Ridefest is a community festival with free admission and a FREE Concert with Rockwall's own Amber Carrington\, of the NBC TV show\, "The Voice!"\n\n\n\nThe event is Saturday\, October 19 from 11 am to 4 pm at the Equest Facility 3800 Troy Rd in Wylie\, TX. \n\n\n\nOther activities include karaoke\, magic show\, bounce house\, live entertainment acts\, and a carnival midway with games.   \n\n\n\n100% of the proceeds of Ridefest go to the care of our 38 specially-trained therapy horses.\n\n\n\nLocated in Wylie Texas\, Equest Therapeutic is an internationally recognized therapeutic riding center\, offering equine-assisted therapy to children and adults with disabilities.  Equest also offers the Hooves for Heroes veterans program to U.S. Veterans to improve overall wellness and better position them for a successful transition back to civilian life.  All program charges are offset by generous donations Equest\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
