DESCRIPTION:On November 30\, 2012\, the Richardson Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a public policy event with Phil Wilson\, the Executive Director of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Phil Wilson is in charge of managing all of TxDOT's policies and programs. Additionally\, he represents TxDOT before the Texas Legislature. Phil Wilson will be speaking at this public policy event with a goal of educating the Chamber membership on transportation issues facing the state.
