Our committee will host special speaker Steve Anglin\, CPA of Smith Anglin & Co. Please join us for this important topic!\n\n\nSteve Anglin\, CPA\n\n \n\nSteve is the managing partner of Smith Anglin & Co\, CPA's.  Smith Anglin specializes in small business taxation.  This practice involves advising entrepreneurs and their businesses in all forms of tax planning and reporting for both federal and state income tax purposes.  Located in Dallas\, Texas since 1967\, the firm has a client base that resides across the nation.\n \n\nSteve graduated from Baylor University with two degrees: a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting and a bachelor of business administration degree in real estate.  At Baylor\, he was a member of the accounting honor fraternity Beta Alpha Psi and Sigma Phi Epsilon\, a social fraternity where he served in multiple leadership positions.  Steve has been a certified public accountant and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1989.  He currently holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63 for Registered Securities Representatives and Series 24 Registered Securities Principal in his role as a managing member of Smith Anglin Financial.\n\n\n\nBorn\, raised and still residing in Dallas\, Texas\, Steve has been married to his wife Jackie for 30 years.  Together they have two sons.  Steve enjoys coaching youth sports teams in both football and basketball.  He serves on the Board of Stewards at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church where he is also the finance committee chairman.
