DESCRIPTION:The Richardson Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee invites you to join them in Austin for Richardson Telecom Corridor Legislative Day on March 8 & 9\, 2011.  Legislative Day provides participants the opportunity to visit the state capitol and better understand the legislative process.  Individuals will have the opportunity to network with community leaders\, hear from our local representatives and key state officials\, attend committee meetings and visit various legislators. Also\, Steven Polunsky\, Director of the Senate Business and Commerce Committtee will discuss upcoming legislation\n\n \n\n2:00 p.m. - Individual Visits to Legislators\; tours\, etc.\n\n \n\nOther activities include group photo in the capitol rotunda\, visiting a senate and house session\, attending committee meetings\, legislator visits\, tour of the capitol building and a tour of the state history museum.
