He has focused specifically on improving the competitiveness of agency trade promotion programs\, developing commercial strategies for key markets such as China and India\, and improving federal/state cooperation on export promotion. Mr. Kirwan is focusing on inter-agency efforts related to Doing Business in Africa\, infrastructure\, improving customer service\, and supplying actionable information to U.S. companies.\n\n\n\nOlga Torres handles notable international trade matters for numerous companies worldwide and specializes in the areas of US customs\, exports\, economic sanctions\, anti-corruption compliance and national security matters. Olga received her Bachelors at the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree at Southern Methodist University. She also assists with anti dumping/countervailing duty matters before the import administration of the US department of commerce. As a recognized leader in trade and national security law\, Ms Torres was recently reappointed by the US assistant secretary of state to the Defense Trade Advisory Group. In this capacity\, she advises the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs on its regulation of defense trade in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and its implementing regulations under the ITAR. \n\n\n\nDavid Olsen is a Mexico Desk Officer in the Office of North America at the U.S. Department of Commerce. His responsibilities include various programs\, policies\, and strategies designed to strengthen U.S. commercial relations with Mexico. He also works on U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) outreach efforts related to educating the business community on the benefits of the agreement. Prior to joining the Department of Commerce\, Mr. Olsen worked at two different economic consulting firms that provide economic\, financial\, and strategic expertise to major law firms\, corporations\, and accounting firms. David is also a graduate of the University of Utah and holds a master's degree from George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs.\n\n\n\n Javier A. Mazon is Senior Managing Executive who has worked for domestic and international hi-technology corporations and the Tri-Chair for the ICC. Javier graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in administration.
