Quarterly meetings will focus on areas of shared interest\, such as:\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	1)     Opportunities to meet and share information with peers\n\n	2)     Learning more about Richardson and local resources\n\n	3)     Guest speakers on compliance\, employee retention\, and other HR topics of interest\n\n	4)     Transportation changes which affect commuting to Richardson\n\n	5)     Cost-sharing through joint training on specific skills\n\n	6)     Learning about different Richardson charities and non-profits needing support\n\n	\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	January 8 speakers and topic:\n\n	 \n\n	Health Care Reform and Its Cost\n\n	Lockton Dunning Benefits\n\n	 \n\n	 \n\n	\n		Roger Lambourn\, President\, and Jeff Lowry\, Vice President and ESIRA Attorney for Lockton\, will discuss the latest updates on health care reform and explain how the changes will affect individual companies.
