Over his more than 25 years of service\, he has been tapped for roles in Human Resources\, Building Inspection\, Community Services\, and Development Services. While serving in these capacities\, he was instrumental in the development of the City's first Neighborhood Integrity and Vitality Strategy and oversaw over $10 million of neighborhood vitality capital projects. He was also instrumental in the creation of the Home Improvement Incentive Program\, the Volunteer Assistance Program\, and many of the City's neighborhood engagement model's programs and services still active today. Magner moved to the City Manager's Office in 2012. \n\n \n\n           \n\n\n\nGrowth & Mobility is a members only luncheon. Please note that on-line registration will close on Tuesday\, March 29.\n\n\n\nRCC registration/cancellation policy:\n\n\n\nReservations with payment are required. Because of catering requirements\, we must charge for reservations not cancelled three days prior to the event. Cancellations after that date can be substituted\, please provide name prior to event. On-site registration (walk-ins) will be charged an additional $10. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. On-site registrants (walk-in customers) will be seated based on space availability.
