His role oversees the District's Strategic Plan\, Government Relations\, and Administrative Support.\n\nBrian joined the District in 2016 after ten years as the City Manager of Forney\, Texas. He is a resident of Richardson with his wife\, Jennifer\, and his two proud Richardson High School Eagles\, Ian and Sarah. Brian is also a member of the Richardson Chamber and graduate of Leadership Richardson\, Class XXXV.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGrowth & Mobility is a members only luncheon. Please note that on-line registration will close on September 20.\n\n\nRCC registration/cancellation policy:\n\nReservations with payment are required. Because of catering requirements\, we must charge for reservations not cancelled three days prior to the event. Cancellations after that date can be substituted\, please provide name prior to event. On-site registration (walk-ins) will be charged an additional $10. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. On-site registrants (walk-in customers) will be seated based on space availability.
