DESCRIPTION:Christ Community in Richardson\, TX\, has provided missions support to Imani Collective since 2003. Imani Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to break the cycle of generational poverty in Kenya through dignified work + holistic care. Christ Community will be hosting IMANI UNFOLDED at Christ Community on Monday\, April 20 from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM for our community. Imani Unfolded is Imani Collective's immersive experience that brings the heartbeat of Imani Collective's work in Kenya to life right here in the United States.\n\n\n\nSpend the evening transported right to the heart of our impact in Kenya through virtual reality\, interactive exhibits\, and more!\n\n\n\n\nWhat began as a dream to share our story in a tangible way quickly became an unforgettable evening of creativity\, connection\, and community. After launching this experience across different cities in the States for the very first time last year\, we're excited to bring Imani Unfolded back - and this time\, to Dallas\, Texas.\n\nThrough interactive exhibits\, storytelling\, and hands-on experiences\, you'll step into the world of Imani Collective as if you're right alongside our artisans in Kenya. This year\, we're also introducing virtual reality stations\, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in both the desolate region of Turkana and the vibrant coastal city of Mombasa.\n\nWhether you're practicing weaving\, exploring immersive exhibits\, or connecting with others over refreshments\, there's something for everyone.\n\nWe can't wait to welcome you into the world of Imani Collective!\n\nImani Unfolded Important Info:\n\n\n	Open to the public\n	All ages welcome\n	FREE to attend\n	Self-paced and come-and-go | Special programming from 6:30pm - 7:00pm\n\n\nPlease submit your FREE RSVP by April 18th to let us know if you will be in attendance.
