Ms Holland joined DART in 2021 as Senior Assistant General Counsel\, providing support for real estate transactions\, transit-oriented development projects\, and negotiations related to DART's major capital initiatives\, including the Silver Line Regional Rail Project. She hold a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University\, where she graduated summa cum laude.
