Active community involvement are vital to this project\, with several opportunities to provide input throughout October.\n\n\n\nKeith Krum is the Planning Projects Manager for the City of Richardson's Development Services Department. His focus during his over 25 years in city planning has been on long range planning\, demographics\, research\, data analysis\, and information management. He is currently overseeing the City's Envision Richardson Comprehensive Plan Update.
