Since then\, Nicole has developed her litigation and employment practice\, representing businesses\, employers and C-Suite executives in mediation and arbitration\, before administrative bodies\, including the Texas Department of Insurance\, Texas Workforce Commission\, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission\, and in state and federal Court.
