John has an MBA in finance and BA in finance & accounting from Heriot-Watt University\, Edinburgh\, Scotland. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Texas Society of Public Accountants.\n\n\n\nRichard Fleming is the CEO & founder of State Tax Group\, LLC a state and local tax advisory firm located in Farmers Branch since 2005. He has 24  years experience in the state and local tax arena. Richard is an appointed member of the Texas State Comptroller's Glen Hagar's "Taxpayer Advisory Group" which meets to discuss proposed rules and tax laws before they are published in the Texas Register. He serves on numerous boards of business groups and charitable organizations in the Dallas area.
