Dana Shepperd has spent more than 15 years managing programs and projects for Fortune 500 companies\, and has observed the need to apply many of the tools and concepts employed in those organizations to small businesses and non-profits. \;Her presentation will be focused on how you can apply simplified project management tools to your small business or non-profit to improve effectiveness and follow-through. \;Ms. Shepperd has an MBA from Georgia State University\, a BA in Economics from Florida State University and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. \;She is a Women in Leadership tri-chair at the Richardson Chamber of Commerce \;and chairs the Women4Women Mentor subcommittee.\n
