DESCRIPTION:The City of Richardson invites you to participate with its Hacking Autism   Hack-a-Thon\, which will take place Thursday\, September 9 from 9am-4pm at the Eisemann Center. The Hack-a-Thon will be brainstorming and networking event that brings together working professionals and industry leaders from the technology and human resources industries\, along with people with autism and their families to 'hack' employment problems facing people with autism. National data shows that the majority of people with autism are underemployed or unemployed. There is a whole community of untapped talent and significant contributions that our region is missing out on. This is why the City of Richardson is leading the charge to create ideas and take action on them   all in a single day.
