DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Texas Acupuncture Research Institute (TARI) for the Missing Pieces Support Group community.\n\nJoin us for a monthly Acu-Meditation for Healing a gentle\, woman-centered experience created to support women navigating pregnancy loss or other forms of emotional trauma.\n\nLed by Isabella\, Victor\, and the clinical staff of TARI\, this 90-minute session combines guided meditation with light acupuncture using the 5NP protocol\, which supports the body's "Rest & Digest" nervous system. The experience is designed to calm the body\, quiet the mind\, and create space for healing.\n\nThis offering is for women 18 and up.
