Small to medium-sized business CEOs will connect with their elite peers during an exclusive CEO roundtable program starting in January. The Edward Lowe Foundation, who is now working with the chamber, has an established pattern of helping executives connect in tangible ways.

PeerSpectives is a nationally renowned CEO roundtable program and will be limited to 8 to 12 CEOs. Experienced entrepreneur and innovator, Dr. Yoram Solomon, will act as facilitator for the monthly sessions.

The PeerSpectives program has been operating for more than 13 years across the US. It is based on the concept that a CEO’s peers have encountered many of the situations he/she is facing today, and their experiences will help the CEO make more informed decisions. Benefits of this approach include:

  • Objective and relevant input
  • Accelerated learning/just-in-time
  • Camaraderie with peer CEOs
  • New and fresh perspectives
  • Risk reduction
